Think you need to stand on your head to practice “real” yoga? Chair Yoga is authentic yoga, offering real, and profound, results. Most of us need all the help we can get, and sometimes it comes in the form of slowing down, moving mindfully, or using props. Chair Yoga is not “easy” yoga, but a challenging class that is gentle and lighthearted. Chair Yoga builds strength, balance, joy, and confidence, for the young and the seasoned, alike. Instructor is trained specifically for teaching Chair Yoga, so you can receive maximum safety and benefit. You do you. Be braver than you think you are.
