Our Residency Program.

The Residency program at Sea Level Counseling and Wellness is designed for Master’s-level counselors and social workers in need of clinical supervision. This is an employment-based opportunity that provides on-site group and individual supervision and training opportunities. We have designed this program for residents with some community mental health or related work experience who are interested in working in a private practice setting.

Our Residency program can also be a direct path to the Sea Level Collective.
