Our mission is to restore balance and empower change by healing the widespread impacts of trauma on both the mind and body through effective treatment, education, and partnership and by giving individuals the ability to choose how they heal.

Value Proposition

Sea Level Counseling and Wellness was founded with the idea that trauma impacts the whole person, thus services treating the whole person must be provided under one roof. We are the only practice whose sole focus is on trauma-informed care for the whole person. We offer a variety of treatment approaches-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Play Therapy, Art Therapy-by highly-trained, compassionate mental health clinicians and partner with a board certified Neurofeedback trainers and a Trauma and Play Therapy specialist and consultants.
