I joined the Sea Level Counseling team in January 2023. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, inviting atmosphere to facilitate healing for my clients. The concept of therapy can be scary so I use the first session to begin building rapport and connection with my client to provide you a space to tell your story. I will work with you to process current stressors and to unpack any underlying issues or experiences that may be negatively impacting your current functioning.
