Explore postures slowly for a calm body & mind.

Slow Flow Yoga

The term “flow” in yoga practice refers to “one breath, one movement.” While Slow Flow implements a modicum of that definition/principle, you will have a chance to explore postures slowly and carefully without a lot of rapid “up and down.” Longer holds in poses and slower transitions make this style a refreshing practice, which will leave the practitioner feeling strong and calm in mind, body and spirit. This is a perfect practice for those new to yoga, or those recovering from injury.

This practice can be offered in group or individual settings and is appropriate for most levels of practitioner. All classes will incorporate aspects of trauma-informed yoga.
