  • You are a newly licensed wellness professional, curious about launching in to private practice but unsure how to make the leap or unsure how to navigate all of the moving parts

    You are a seasoned practitioner, ready to give up wearing all the “hats” of solo practice and wanting to focus solely on service delivery. 

  • Licensed mental health therapists, psychiatrists, functional medicine or naturopathic doctor, massage therapist, chiropractor, yoga instructor, physical therapist. Like this model but don’t see your profession listed? Reach out and let’s chat!

  • Members of the collective are not employees or independent contractors, which are common structures for group practices. You are solo business owners and are responsible for the management of your business. As business owners, you retain all of your revenue, get the benefits of tax deductions, and get to set your schedule according to what works best for you.

  • Being newly licensed is super exciting, but there is a lot to learn. We realize that being in solo practice can be overwhelming if you are newly licensed, so we are committed to providing the necessary support and guidance to assist with the overwhelm. For newly licensed professionals (first year of licensure), the Collective membership will include group consultation and one-on-one consultations for clinical consultation in addition to billing and administrative troubleshooting (this option is for the unlimited membership with a signed 2-year sublease agreement)

  • The collective provides all of the necessary overhead services-rent, furnished space, intake support, general office supplies and services, utilities, etc that can be draining on income and your time. We also provide a warm, collaborative environment with other wellness professionals so you won’t feel isolated. We want you to focus on providing your wellness services and let us provide the convenience and support you need.

  • Your membership fee is a flat rate that goes toward the services provided for you and is based on the actual costs of the site and services. We price the membership low so you can reap the benefits of your hard work and only pay for the space you occupy and services provided to you.

  • That is completely up to you. You can schedule as many or as few clients as you like, based on your needs and preferences. The membership fee is a tax write off, which is beneficial to you because it allows you to be taxed on less revenue. You get to keep all of your hard earned income. No percentage splits or salaries set by a practice owner.

  • From initial inquiry to completed first session, there are several steps that take place to get a new client in the door. These steps can take extra time if calls are missed or emails are not received, which can be costly.

     We have a dedicated intake coordinator to handle these steps for you to save you time. Our coordinator will:

    • We send out your customized intake documents

    • Upload all completed forms into your EHR

    • Perform a courtesy insurance benefits check

    • Communicate with you any issues that may arise so you are prepared for the first appointment.

  • Because you are a wellness professional who deserves to know your growth potential, to feel empowered to learn about business and to make your business work for you (not the other way around), and to be able to call your own shots while being the badass boss we already know you are!

  • Our Telehealth tier is for wellness professionals who are completely virtual but want to be affiliated with a network and have the benefits and support of the intake coordinator, business consultant and the brick and mortar address .

    Our Office Share tier is designed for those individuals who want to work fewer than 3 days per week, or want the flexibility to work when it is convenient. We still provide the business services necessary for business success.

    Our Unlimited tier is for wellness professionals who plan on working 3 or more days per week and want to have a dedicated office and be fully immersed in the collective community.
